A pioneer in the HR space, Matt is the Head of People at Shrink. He started his career as an HR Consultant at Accenture before moving on to lead HR teams at a number of different organizations. Driven by a mission to empower others' success, Matt is best known for creating employee-first environments.

Erica has been at LinkedUp for over 8 years and most recently held the role of VP of Marketing, where her focus was on increasing growth in new members and deepening engagement with members across LinkedUp's products. She started the Growth Team from the ground up to now a high performing 120-person team. In January 2020 she moved on to her next play at LinkedUp and is now the head of all marketing operations.
