Launch polls during events
Polling is a new engagement tool available to all customers hosting virtual events. Event hosts and moderators can create, launch, and manage polls to boost engagement and gather input from attendees in real-time. See results instantly, and share the input with other teams with detailed reporting after the event has wrapped. Learn more about polling here.
Offer courses and learning modules in your community
Gradual’s courses module is now available! Offer your members video or article courses and enroll them in a structured learning series right within your community. The system tracks their progress, and you can award them badges or points when they’ve completed each course module. Learn more about Courses here and reach out to the Gradual team if you would like to explore adding courses to your community. Courses is an add-on module.
Track viewership on all content pieces
Track who has viewed your videos, read your blogs, or checked out your content collections. Each content piece or collection now provides a ‘Viewers’ tab to see who has viewed the specific landing page, and when. A new content viewers report is found in the community reports tab and generates a list of all the members or visitors who viewed the landing pages, and when. All of this data is available from January 1, 2025 to today. Learn more about viewership data here.
Easily see unread forum posts
At quick glance you can now see which forum posts you’ve already read, vs. which are new to you by the color of the title font. Those that you’ve read are greyed out or shaded.
View the “source” of new community members and event registrants
Gather insight into how each community member was created or added to the community via “source” which has been added to the community member list or export. Track members who signed up on their own, added via API, or by admins in the dashboard, to better understand their source. This data is available on the community member list dashboard page and via export.
Also, see how members joined a specific club from the club member list page or member export. Learn more about creation sources and where to find them here. Similar to the new member sign-up source, you can also now see the source of an event registrant to track how each user registered for the event and when. Values include self-signup on the event landing page to import via the dashboard. This data is included in the attendee list and all attendee exports for community or club-level events. Learn more about event registration data here.
Offer closed captions in all virtual events & breakout rooms
All virtual events now support displaying auto-generated Closed Captions! These captions are enabled by the end user in the event, but admins can decide if they’re available by default in all events or on an event-by-event basis. Learn more about this feature and how to enable or disable it here.
Integrate your rewards center with Shopify
