New features in Gradual in October and November 2025

We’ve rolled out a number of updates over the past couple of months, here’s a quick summary of what’s new and where you can learn more.

Community Customization
Customize your community homepage and automated emails
Customize your homepage before sign-in
The Advanced Page Builder now lets you fully customize your community’s homepage before members log in. This expands on your existing ability to customize your menu. More pages will be customizable soon!
Tailored welcome emails
The community welcome emails and club welcome emails can now be customized to better match your branding, voice, and your specific calls to action you want to share with customers.
Courses: Quizzes and Certifications
Conduct quizzes and offer certifications natively in Gradual courses
Quizzes
Quizzes are now available in courses. You can create them from scratch and define pass/fail criteria to help learners test their knowledge.
Certificates
Award certificates for course completion using templates or custom designs. You can set when they’re awarded and when they expire. Members can also share certificates on social or LinkedIn.
Courses API updates
Course enrollment and completion data are now available through the API and supported in Salesforce, Common Room, and HubSpot integrations. Consult Gradual's API Documentation here.
Events
Copy events and change event types to make event management and creation easier.
Copy events
Duplicate events instead of starting from scratch—perfect for repeating or similarly structured events. You can create an event as a “template” and use that template to create events on an ongoing basis. See how to duplicate events.

Easily convert events between formats:
- Webinar ↔ Meeting or Livestream
- Meeting ↔ Livestream or Webinar
- Livestream ↔ Meeting, Webinar, or Hybrid Event
- In-person Event ↔ Hybrid Event
Integrations
A brand new integration as well as updates to existing integrations.
Marketo
Sync member data and event activity from Gradual directly to Marketo. This new integration is available to enterprise customers. Reach out to [email protected] to learn more.
Common Room
Eight new event types have been added, including club join/leave, space join/remove, applications, reward redemptions, and course enrollment/completion.
Other Notable Updates
- Club Overview page now has improved metrics and better data visualization
- Front-end search history is now available in community reports
- Community and event chats are now merged into one global chat in the top-right corner. This is the beginning of significant updates to the chat and channels functionality in Gradual. More info: Messaging in the Community
