Community Tactics with Gradual: Launching Peer Circles for Cross-Functional Impact

Peer Circles aren’t just another virtual roundtable event series. They can be your fastest path to turning engaged customers into strategic collaborators.
In this tactical session,  Jenn Delconte  shares how she built Klue’s  Compete Community  engine using Gradual, driving product feedback loops, champion activation, and real business outcomes across CS, Product, and Marketing from a single Peer Circle event series.
You’ll learn how to:
  • Build a simple Peer Circle outline that sparks real conversation (and actual attendance)
  • Create a facilitation guide to empower your team to lead the convo
  • Activate customers within the community after the discussion
  • Turn insights into action across CS, Product, and Marketing
Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking for new engagement tactics that scale, this session will help you launch your first (or next) Peer Circle with confidence and clarity.
Before and after the event:
  • Share your questions, upvote topics, and keep the conversation going
Save your seat. Get sharper. Let’s go.
