When Marcel Santilli and Rebecca Woerner joined Scale AI they were tasked with launching the company's first AI Conference. The first year pulled in 10,000 people. Marcel, a career-long community builder and Rebecca, with a decade plus of event management experience, saw the opportunity to use the TransformX conference to launch AI Exchange, one of the largest AI communities in the world. In year 2 they hosted TransformX with over 25,000 people and launched the AI Exchange community, all on Gradual.
