Context First: How a One-Person Community Team Influenced $3M in Pipeline

Most community leaders are asked the same question: how does this contribute to the business? Ed Giansante, Head of Community at Persona, spent two years answering that question through disciplined execution, strong sales partnerships, and a highly focused operating model.

As a team of one, he built a community program that influenced more than $3M in pipeline on an annual budget of roughly $50K. In this session, Ed will break down the four pillars behind that work: AI-powered operations, VIP experience design, ruthless tracking and measurement, and close partnership with sales. He'll share the systems, workflows, and lessons that helped turn community engagement into measurable business impact.

Whether you're building a new program or looking for better ways to demonstrate value, you'll leave with practical ideas for connecting community efforts to business outcomes.
