Executive Insights with Gradual: Making Community Matter Internally

Join Holly Firestone , community consultant and former builder of community programs at Salesforce, Atlassian, and Venafi, for an Executive Insights conversation about what it really takes to make community matter inside an organization.

In this 30-minute conversation, Holly will share why community programs work best when they start with real value for members and how that value builds trust and alignment internally. We’ll talk about how community leaders connect what members care about to business priorities, and how that work helps bring product, marketing, support, and leadership teams along.

We’ll also spend time on the internal side of community work. Holly will dig into how community teams influence perception, build strong partnerships across the business, and create shared ownership that supports community over the long term.

This is a live, real-time exchange with space for honest discussion, practical insight, and thoughtful questions.

Before and after the event, you’re invited to join an async AMA thread with Holly . Ask questions, upvote others, and keep the conversation going with peers.
