Executive Insights with Gradual: Navigating Community Leadership in the B2B World

Join  Dani Weinstein , Community Strategy and Engagement Executive and former Head of Community for IBM TechXchange, for a strategic conversation on leading and scaling B2B communities that deliver real business value.
As part of the Executive Insights with Gradual series, this session features a candid 30-minute discussion between Dani and host Josh Zerkel. Together, they’ll explore what community leadership looks like across large enterprises and fast-growing startups, with a focus on executive buy-in, measurement, and tying community impact directly to business outcomes.
Dani will share lessons from building and scaling global community programs at IBM, SAP, HP, Domo, and Kaltura, including how to align community strategy with executive priorities, demonstrate value to the business, and navigate the challenges facing community leaders in 2026 and beyond.
