Community Conversations

Mark has spent the past 15 years building and leading community programs at Enterprise Sales Forum, Stack Overflow, and AWS. He’s worked closely with community leaders across the industry and has seen firsthand where measurement tends to break down, especially when it comes to budget conversations.

In our upcoming session, he’s digging into a challenge many teams are still facing: how to put a defensible number on community impact, and how to translate that into terms the business and finance actually count.

Ahead of the webinar, this is a chance to ask your questions.

Where are you getting stuck with community measurement?

What’s been hardest to explain internally?

What have you tried that hasn’t worked?
