On Tuesday, Richard Millington is joining us to talk about what happens to community's role once AI is handling most of the questions that used to start conversations.

I keep hearing versions of the same story: a support team rolls out an AI assistant, ticket volume drops, and everyone treats that as a clean win. It usually is, for the questions that were genuinely repetitive. But some of what used to show up as a support ticket wasn't really a support question. It was someone thinking out loud, or surfacing a problem they didn't know how to name yet. AI can answer the literal question. It can't have that conversation.

I'm curious how this has actually played out for people running communities alongside a support AI rollout.

Where have you noticed community picking up conversations that AI deflected, or where has AI actually made your community quieter than it used to be?

What's the first thing AI took over in your support queue, and did anyone notice what it left behind?
