Had a conversation this week that stuck with me. A team pulled up their community metrics:

Everything was trending in the right direction. Then someone asked: “Okay, so what are we doing differently because of this?”

And the room went quiet. Not because nothing was happening, but because no one had connected the activity to a decision yet. So it was interesting, but not clear how to use it. 

Curious if others have run into that moment - when things are “working,” but it’s still unclear what to do as a result.
