New Blog Editor

Gradual has just unveiled a new blog and resource editor that allows for more customization and better handling of PDFs, images, tables, and more. Creating a blog with this new editor does not change much from the legacy editor, but there are new icons and features displayed in the editor menu to uplevel your written content pieces. Create Member Segments

Build lists of your users to categorize and target members based on custom attributes and behaviors through Segments. These segment lists are saved in your dashboard and can be built and customized by dashboard admins. They can also be used as an alternative to CSV imports to add members to spaces, events, and clubs, or help you in external communication with your membership. Auto-Generated Closed Captions

Livestream events can now support displaying auto-generated Closed Captions on each stage within Gradual! Gradual has always supported human-generated closed captions, but now we’ve added the option for auto-generated captions to be displayed on each livestream stage. By default, Automatically Generated Captions are available in all livestream events for all customers, and captions are turned ON for all newly created livestream stages. Content, Events, and Tools reports are now available in your dashboard

Tracking engagement metrics in your events, or want to see which content pieces have received the most views this quarter? Generate detailed reports on your community content, events, and tools from your dashboard's new ‘Reports’ tab. These reports show viewership and activity across the platform for all your content pieces, events, and partner tools booths. Learn more about these reports here.

Move Events and Content from Community level to Club level

Migrate events or content pieces that were created at the community level into a chapter or interest group to better organize and host club level engagement. Learn more about how to make this change in the dashboard here.

Updates to the Members List page and filtering

The Members List tab in your dashboard now has a few new data points to filter to allow you to search for only activated members or filter by club membership. Learn more about this dashboard page here.

Comment sorting

By default, the comments on a forum post are sorted by most popular, with those comments that have received the most reaction and/or replies showing first. But now you can change the default sorting of comments in your community to ‘Latest’ to show the most recent first to members. This change can be made from the Forum Settings page in your dashboard.
