When I started building the Gradual Community, I saw a gap that kept coming up in every conversation with potential members. There are spaces for marketers, sales leaders, and community pros. There are groups for product teams and customer success. But there isn’t one place where all of these worlds come together to learn from each other.

That’s what the Gradual Community is designed to be.

It’s a space for anyone who plays a role in how organizations reach, engage, and support their customers across marketing, sales, customer experience, community, and product. Together, these teams make up what we often call go-to-market — but really, it’s about how we connect the work we do to the people we serve.

Inside the community, you can:
