Context First: Growth Through Connection

Customer signals are everywhere. The challenge is understanding the context behind them.

In this session, we’ll explore how structured customer storytelling can uncover what actually shapes buying decisions, product adoption, and long-term loyalty.

Audrey Vandenbroeck , Interim Head of Customer Support Operations at Scribd, will share Campfire Stories, an initiative she launched during her time at Issuu that brought customers together for fireside-style conversations across industries and roles.

By creating space for customers to talk about how their businesses operate, what influences their decisions, and how real product experiences support their work, these conversations surfaced insights that strengthened trust, deepened relationships, and informed better business decisions.

You’ll walk away with ideas for turning intentional listening into meaningful signals that guide growth across GTM, CX, and product.
