Q&A Updates
Answer replies now available in the Q&A module
As a moderator, you may want to give a written answer to a Q&A submission. You can now answer any questions submitted in the Q&A tab in the form of a direct reply. It is also possible to give multiple replies to a question, so different moderators may provide different answers as needed. An authorized user (e.g., hosts, staff, and chat moderators) will be able to click on the text of a Q&A submission. If clicked, they will be directed to a page where they can submit, edit, delete, or view replies. Each reply can be up to 500 characters.
Q&A module now available in livestream meeting rooms & sponsorâs video chat rooms
Meeting rooms nested within a livestream event agenda can now include the Q&A module to encourage members to submit their questions in the group video call. Any video chat rooms within sponsor booths, both in events and in the community (Tools) can also include the Q&A module to help organize your questions from members.
See all your communityâs contributions at a glance from the Contribution Logs page in your dashboard. Search for members and filter by badge or contribution type to see more details on contributions and badging.

Mobile-friendly 1:1 matching and roundtables
Members can now access and engage in 1:1 match and roundtables from their mobile devices! Roundtables at the community level and within livestream events are supported along with 1:1 match events and sessions within livestream event agendas. Sponsor booth roundtable discussions and video chat rooms are also fully supported on smart phones and tablets.

Lock Forum boards to just moderators
We now support forum boards that can be locked so only forum moderators can post to the board. Members can comment and engage with the posts within, but cannot create new posts to the board. This is great for announcements or housekeeping posts to your community where you want all to see it and comment on the topic, but limit who can post unique and new posts.
This setting can be enabled during board creation, or after it has posts associated with it.

Auto-record your meeting and webinar events
Set it and forget it - you can now set up meeting & webinar events to record automatically when host(s) join the meeting room. Enable this feature per event, and know that the group call will be recorded and downloadable from the dashboard post-event no matter if the host remembers to hit record or not!
You can now see when major event settings have been made in your dashboardâs activity log. The system will track and notify the admin email account when any event is created, published, or unpublished by a dashboard admin, a collaborator, or a user with event permissions.
Disable hand-raising and breakout rooms in webinar events
Suppose you do not need to host breakout rooms in your webinars, or want to restrict attendees from being prompted to come on live â you can now disable those features tenant-wide from the admin dashboard in Event settings.
The system will prompt users to sign in and complete their profile throughout the platform. You can now customize the pop-up to match your branding, verbiage, and call to action.
You can change the name of the Forum module within your community to better match your branding and terminology. All changes are made in Forum Settings in the dashboard.
