Forum Quote replies

Commenters can now quote other forum posts and comments in their own replies. This makes it easy to reference and respond directly to particular points, adding clarity and context to the conversation.

See who’s reacted to forum posts and comments

Logged in members can now hover over the reactions to see who reacted to the post or comment. The reaction lists are sorted by most recent, and when a user clicks on the members' avatars, they can access the profiles to learn more about that member. Track and display rewards inventory

Send emails through your mail server by connecting custom SMTP servers. This can be easier to set up for large enterprise organizations than our typical “DNS” record method. Communities can reach out to our team with the required info to easily connect their custom SMTP server for a more personalized and efficient email experience.

Zendesk Integration
