Customization tab added
A new Customization tab brings together tools to control the look and feel of your community. You can now edit menu items, update the footer, and manage branding elements like logos, banners, and ads in one place. Please note that some existing branding settings have been moved here from other parts of the platform (like logos, banners, and ads).
The New Gradual mobile app allows you to access your entire front-end community on the go! Join events, post in forums, message other community members, and so much more on the new mobile app! This all-in-one app also supports in-person events and replaces the Gradual Go event app for a seamless member experience.
Learn more about the mobile app here and reach out to the team if you’d like to have your community available in the app.
Send real-time notifications to Slack when your community publishes a new piece of content or an event to give your team and community members more visibility on what is happening in the community!

Bulk approve or decline club applicants
Have a large number of applications for your club? You can now approve and decline these applications in bulk to save time.
Member type pie chart added
A new member type breakdown pie chart is now available under Community > Overview. This shows you how many standard members, limited approval members, and guests are in your community, making it easier to understand your member composition at a glance.
All content APIs now include ownership in the data payload. For the get video API, the video transcript has also been added to the data payload. The Events API has been enhanced to include unlisted status and access level in its payload. The Club API is now live, allowing you to fetch lists of all your clubs, view the clubs a specific member belongs to, and add or remove members from a club.
Gradual reports now include the option to select your preferred timezone. This ensures that reports align with your local business hours, making analysis more convenient.
We’ve just published a collection of guides to help those with club permissions manage events, add members, publish content, and more. Check out the library of Club Admin Guides here and feel free to send them along to your club admins to reference.
