All the product features released in March of 2025

Featured Features
Facilitating Conversation and Interaction
We’ve added some powerful new features helping facilitate conversation and interaction in Gradual in both the Forum and on content. Check out our interaction-focused features below!
@ Mentions in Forum
Members can now use the "@" symbol to mention others in forum posts and comments. This action not only tags their profile in the post or comment but it sends them a notification to drive engagement in relevant discussions. It’s really easy to use - simply type "@" followed by a member's name, then select their profile from the suggested list. Learn more about mentions and tagging members in the forum here.
Forum Boards in Clubs
You can now nest your forum conversations within Clubs! Chapters and interest groups can have their own forum board with different topics hosted within the club page. This is great for subject-specific or chapter focused conversations and helping keep your main forum organized and simple. Learn more about how to build in-club forum boards here.
Note: If you have forum posts that are specific to a club that currently sit at the community level, follow the steps outlined here to move them to the club board.
Content engagement - comments and reactions
Members can now engage with your videos, blogs and resources through reactions and comments! Spark conversation and gather user-input on select videos, blogs and resources or offer it by default on all via system wide settings. Learn all about content comments here.
More Forum Enhancements
Board Topics
Board Topics offers a new way to organize your forum boards visually. Customize topics or assign community tags as board topics, which will appear at the top of each board for easy navigation and filtering. Learn more about board topics here.

Board Moderators
Garner some help from your members to moderate specific forum boards by assigning them as board moderators. These board moderators can take action to pin, feature, and delete posts made by members within the boards they are assigned - this is especially important for in-club forum boards where club leaders should be granted access to just their board and the member discussions within.
Learn more about board moderators and how to add them here.

Expanded Forum Reactions
You can customize the reactions available to members in the forum - choose from vote or like mode, and add up to 9 additional reactions to the list of options for forum engagement. Learn more about how to set your reactions in forum here.
Other Features
Q&A supported in Roundtables
You can now host native Q&A in roundtables at the community level, or roundtables hosted within livestream or hybrid events. Learn more about Q&A here.
