A Destination-based program involves having an online gathering space for your customers to consistently engage in your program and participate in advocacy opportunities presented there.
Versus...
A Destination-less program, where there is not a central online gathering space, but communications via emails and surveys collect customer preferences that become advocate profiles. Then advocacy opportunities are presented to customers when their profiles match the opportunity criteria.
So which is best?

September was a busy month - webinar is the newest event type available, there were a number of updates to club and forum customization and access, event features related to moderation and metrics, and we released the light mode or light theme to brighten up your Gradual community!

Updates to the club feature like interest groups, collaborators, and trackable metrics and members will now receive forum notifications via email to help them stay engaged. The Gradual Go event app now allows for QR scanning and profile notes to ease the networking between attendees. In the dashboard, high-level admin activity is logged, some metrics have been updated and most event reports now include space assignments.
